HPS Awareness Week 2021
HPS Awareness week falls in the first quarter of the year, please keep an eye on this space closer to the time when we will announce our theme and post applicable resources for you all.

This year Kidz First has taken up the challenge of individually putting together a package for each service to support and promote the HPS Awareness Week. In previous years the team at Waikato have taken this on, please let us know if your team would like to take this on next year.
Here we are in February with 4 weeks to go to the Annual Children’s Day Celebration on Sunday 7th of March 2021, followed by Hospital Play Specialist Awareness Week from 8 -12th March 2021.
This year we are focusing on Children’s resilience. It is an opportunity for us to highlight our profession and promote how we support children with play opportunities designed to build and strengthen their resilience.
